OAG’s Executive Leadership Team work together to implement the strategic vision set by the Board of Directors. Together, they combine powerful medical knowledge and current practice standards with prime business acumen.
The Executive Leadership Team is comprised of four anesthesiologists: Dr. John McCreary, Dr. William “Bill” Crowley, Dr. Randall Bissinger, and Dr. Amy Greene.
OAG President, Dr. McCreary, is a graduate of Medical College of Georgia and completed an Anesthesia Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. In 2003, he joined OAG at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, where he continues to work today. He was elected to the Board in 2015. In addition to serving on OAG’s Board of Directors, Dr. McCreary also serves as Associate Medical Co-Director of Anesthesiology for Trauma Specialists, LLP.
William "Bill" Crowley, M.D., J.D.
Dr. Crowley is a graduate of the University of Arizona College Of Medicine and completed his Anesthesia Residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Crowley practices at the busy Providence Portland Medical Center where he specializes in Cardiac Anesthesia. Since joining OAG in 1997, Dr. Crowley has held a variety of leadership positions, including Chair of the Department of Anesthesia at Providence Portland Medical Center. He currently serves as the president-elect of the Medical Staff Office at Providence Portland Medical Center.
In 2007 Dr. Crowley was elected to the OAG Board of Directors and served as its Corporate Secretary from 2010-2015. He currently serves as Vice-President. In addition to his Medical Degree, Dr. Crowley holds a Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark College.
Dr. Crowley is actively engaged in volunteer work in our community. He serves as Treasurer of the Catholic Youth Organization at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, serves on the Board of Orphanage Aid International, and is also a youth basketball couch. Dr. Crowley routinely travels to Guatemala as part of a team of surgeons and anesthesiologists involved in medical mission work.
Randy Bissinger graduated with his M.D. from the University of North Dakota and completed his Residency in Anesthesia at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle.
He joined OAG in 1992 at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. In 1998, he moved to Salem to work at Salem Hospital. Today he splits his time between Salem Hospital and the Willamette Orthopedic Surgery Center.
Dr. Bissinger has held a number of leadership roles both at OAG and at Salem Hospital. He joined OAG’s Board of Directors in 2015 and currently serves as Corporate Secretary.
Dr. Greene graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and completed an Anesthesia Residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. She practices at the Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, serving a broad spectrum of patients, from high-risk obstetrics to pediatrics to trauma.
In 2016, Dr. Greene was elected to the OAG Board of Directors and serves as Corporate Treasurer. She recently completed a Healthcare MBA from Portland State and OHSU.
