Our physician turnover rate is less than three percent. OAG’s physician compensation system is built upon fairness and a desire to reward clinicians for the excellent work they do. We have structured it to ensure our anesthesiologists are not financially penalized for treating lower-paying or indigent patients.
We encourage a healthy work/life balance at OAG. By contracting with a wide range of partners — including large urban medical centers, level 1 trauma centers, small community hospitals, pain management clinics, and surgery centers–we’re able to meet each of our physician’s needs. We also work to accommodate schedule needs of our business professionals while maintaining professional, responsive service and support of our anesthesiologists.
