Walter Crittenden, Pharm.D., M.D.

Dr. Crittenden received his undergraduate degree in Pharmacy from Oregon State University. He then attended the University of Washington in Seattle where he received his Pharm.D. Dr. Crittenden was a Staff Pharmacist and Critical Care Pharmacist at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital here in Portland, as well as Regional Pharmacy Director for McKesson Medication Management here in Portland; Quality Improvement Coordinator, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Director of Pharmacy, Lake District Hospital, Lakeview, OR; and Clinical Pharmacist, Portland VA Medical Center. He then attended and graduated from Oregon Health & Science University with his Doctor of Medicine, followed by his anesthesiology internship and residency at University of California, Irvine School of Medicine.
